Hockey Camps
Hockey Lessons & Camps: Refund & Cancellation Policy We strive to provide the best coaching and ice time for our community. To maintain high-quality programming and fair access for all skaters, the following policies apply to all lesson and camp registrations. 1. Cancellations with Advance Notice We understand that schedules change. To receive an Account Credit, we require notification within the following timeframes: Individual Lessons/Clinics: Minimum of 24 hours notice before the scheduled start time. Multi-Day Camps: Minimum of 72 hours notice before the first day of camp. Note: Cancellations made within these windows will result in a full credit to your arena account, which can be applied toward any future lessons, camps, or programs. We do not offer cash, check, or credit card refunds. 2. No-Shows and Late Cancellations No-Shows: If a participant does not attend a session without prior notification, the registration fee is forfeited. No credits will be issued. Late Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice (or 72 hours for camps) are not eligible for account credit, as we are unable to fill the spot on short notice. 3. Injuries and Medical Emergencies In the event of a serious illness or injury that prevents participation: Prorated Credits: We will provide a prorated account credit for the remaining sessions of a program. 4. Program Cancellations by the Arena If the arena must cancel a session due to mechanical issues, weather-related closures, or coach unavailability: We will first attempt to schedule a make-up date. If a make-up date is not possible, a full credit for that session will be automatically applied to your account.
