Lightning Alumni Spring Hockey
About The Program
Through our years of experience coaching, playing, and living in the Tampa Bay area and beyond, the Tampa Bay Lightning Alumni have been closely integrated with youth hockey development. Throughout our time spent, we have evaluated and identified ways we could further enhance our reach and effectiveness.
In the Spring of 2022, we officially launched the Lightning Alumni Spring Hockey (LASH) program. The program is designed to effectively develop the skaters physical and mental acumen led by experts in their fields.
Our inaugural season attracted over 400 applicants; 150 players participated in tryouts, with over 80 skaters selected to roster 5 teams. All teams participated in AAA / AAA Elite tournaments with great success.
Based on the success of the program, the Lightning Alumni are proud to expand the methods and offering of the program and look forward to the upcoming season.
